Dr. Andrea Appolloni is Associate Professor of Sustainable Operations Management at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Italy. His work focuses on operations, supply chain, and procurement management, with an emphasis on sustainability and innovation. He has published more than 150 studies in peer-reviewed journals, leads national and international research projects, and collaborates with research teams worldwide. At the University of Rome Tor Vergata, he leads the Supply Chain Management specialization in the MSc in Business Administration and coordinates ESA_LAB@UNITOV, a research center supported by the European Space Agency. He was listed among the Top 2% Scientists in Business & Management by Elsevier in 2023 and 2024, based on Stanford University analysis.Dr. Yanfang Sang is based at the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and serves as Vice-President of the Xizang Society of Natural Disaster Prevention and Control, China, and PI at the Key Laboratory of Compound and Chained Natural Hazards Dynamics, Ministry of Emergency Management of China. His research focuses on hydroclimate, water resources, natural disasters, sustainable urban water management, and climate change. He leads national and international projects, serves on journal editorial boards, has published more than 100 papers in peer-reviewed journals, and has received numerous fellowships, prizes, and awards. He has been recognized among the world’s top 2% scientists by Stanford University.Evgeny Kuzmin is a researcher at the Institute of Economics of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He serves as a reviewer for several international journals, has authored more than 150 scientific publications, and has participated in over 10 funded research projects. His research interests include risk and uncertainty, economic crises, sustainability, public-private partnerships, industrial policy, economic growth, and entrepreneurship.
