She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and has a certificate in Artificial Intelligence from IIT Delhi via NPTEL, enhancing her interdisciplinary understanding of emerging technologies and their applications in marketing.She has authored a book and several book chapters on sustainability and marketing in SCOPUS-indexed publications.
