Green innovations are an increasingly high priority in the European port and maritime supply chain industry and they are being pursued with four main targets in mind, clean energy production and supply, sustainable port design, modal shift and flows optimization and digital transformation. His research focuses on inter- and intra-firm relationships in purchasing and supply chain management, sustainability and circularity and the role of supply chain management in a carbonless society.
