Quazi Sakalayen is an industry-turned academic in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the UBDSBE, Universiti Brunei Darussalam. He previously served at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, the Australian Maritime College (University of Tasmania), and the Bangladesh Civil Service. He holds a PhD in Maritime Transportation and Logistics Management, with master’s degrees from the World Maritime University and the University of Dhaka. His research centres on mixed-method studies in sustainable transport, ports, shipping, maritime energy transition, and supply chain innovation.Lukman Raimi is an academic of Entrepreneurship at the UBD School of Business and Economics, Universiti Brunei Darussalam. He holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship and CSR from De Montfort University, UK, and master’s degrees from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Previously, he held academic leadership roles at the American University of Nigeria. His research spans entrepreneurship, CSR, innovation management, sustainability, and venture growth. Lutfi Abdul Razak is an academic and Deputy Dean (Research) at the UBD School of Business and Economics, Universiti Brunei Darussalam. He holds a PhD in Islamic Finance from INCEIF, Malaysia, and advanced economics qualifications from the University of Warwick, UK. His research focuses on Islamic finance, monetary economics, sustainable finance, and applied econometrics. Dr Lutfi also serves on national policy committees and Shariah advisory boards, actively contributing to public- and private-sector development initiatives
