Shahar Hameiri is senior lecturer in international politics and research fellow at the Asia Research Centre in the School of Management and Governance at Murdoch University, Western Australia. He is the author of Regulating Statehood: State Transformation and the Changing Global Order (2010). Lee Jones is Senior Lecturer in the School of Politics and International Relations at Queen Mary, University of London, and Research Associate in the Asia Research Centre at Murdoch University, Australia.
