Her research interests and publications are related to Romantic poetry, gothic novels and romance, Romantic theatre and drama, Jane Austen and popular culture, and slavery literature. She also published on Victorian consumer literature, and the poetry of Elizabeth Barrett Browning. David Levente Palatinus is Senior Assistant Professor in Digital Media and Cultural Studies and founder of the Anthropocene Media Lab at the University of Ruzomberok. He has written on violence in serial culture, medicine and autopsy, and human-nonhuman relations in the Anthropocene.
