Puay Guan Goh is Associate Professor at National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School, where he teaches supply chain management and technology innovation. He is the Academic Director of the multidisciplinary MSc in Industry 4.0. He also serves on the Board of Advisors of Switzerland-based Log-hub AG, and the Manufacturing Standards Committee of the Singapore Standards Council. He is the author of Supply Chain Management: A Concise Guide published by Pearson (1st ed. 2005, 2nd ed. 2015). He has contributed articles and interviews on Channel NewsAsia, Forbes, Yahoo, The New Paper, Lianhe Zaobao, and Supply Chain Management Review.Prior to NUS, he held various management roles in Sembcorp Industries and Toll Global Logistics. As Vice President of Commercial and Business Development, he set up and concurrently served as General-Director of Sembcorp Development's warehouse property business in Vietnam. In 2012, he was awarded the Junior Chamber International's Top Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) Merit Award for Business and Entrepreneurship. During his management, Batamindo Shipping and Warehousing Pte. Ltd. was awarded the ASEAN Business Award for Growth (SME) by the ASEAN Business Advisory Council in 2013.In addition to being an alumni of Stanford University, USA, he has also been featured by Stanford University Career Development Center as a Profile of Success in 2004. He was President of the Stanford Club of Singapore from 2014–2018, Honorary Treasurer at Mensa Singapore from 2011–2013, President of the Singapore Club in Seoul from 2005–2008, and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.Dr Mabel C Chou is Associate Professor at the Department of Decision Sciences, National University of Singapore (NUS) where she teaches supply chain management and operations management & logistics. She is Committee Chair for the Pritsker Doctoral Dissertation Award of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, and sits on the editorial board of Pacific Journal of Optimization. She was awarded Department Outstanding Educator Award (NUS) in 2006, and Faculty Outstanding Educator Award (NUS) in 2012. She holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences and an MSc in Mathematics, both from Northwestern University, USA.
