Sanjeev Sridharan is Professor of Health Policy Evaluation at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and serves as Evaluation Advisor to the United Nations Office of Internal Oversight Services and the Pan American Health Organization. Formerly with the Gates Foundation and University of Toronto, his work focuses on sustainability, equity, and new evaluation paradigms for brain health.Frans L. Leeuw is Professor Emeritus of Social Science Research on Public Policy and Law at Maastricht University. Formerly Director of the Netherlands National Institute of Justice Research and Dean of the Faculty of Humanities at the Open University, he also co founded the European Evaluation Society. He has authored more than 10 books and 150 academic publications on evaluation, policy, and justice.
