“This new volume is a timely intervention in a longstanding and very important tradition of constitutional scholarship in Canadian academia, in federalism studies, and in Canadian politics in general as a new generation of scholars takes up the mantle. It enriches the venerable State of the Federation series and is a rewarding and worthwhile endeavour on all fronts, especially for its readers.” - Guy Laforest, Université Laval
