Professor Sabu Thomas is currently an Emeritus Professor of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India. He was the former Vice Chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi University. He is a Senior Professor of Christ University, Bangalore, India. He is also a visiting Professor at the Department of Chemical Sciences, University of Johannesburg, Johannesburg, South Africa, Department of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand, and an Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Polymer and Process Engineering, IIT Roorkee, India. He is the Chairman of the TrEST Research Park, Trivandrum, Kerala, India. The H index of Professor Thomas is 163 and he has more than 133,000 citationsProf. Henri Vahabi received his Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of Montpellier, France, in 2011. He is currently a Full Professor at the University of Lorraine, France. His research is focused on thermal degradation, flame retardancy of thermosets and thermoplastics, and the development of innovative flame-retardant systems. Prof. Vahabi has authored over 170 articles in ISI-indexed journals and has edited four books. Furthermore, he serves as a committee member of the "Fire Group" within the Chemical Society of France and holds the position of Associate Editor for the Polymers from Renewable Resources journal.Dr. Lakshmipriya Somasekharan got her PhD from IIUCNN, Mahatma Gandhi University with a UGC-JRF fellowship. Her interest is in the preparation and characterisation of polymer nanocomposites, with a research focus on POSS natural rubber nanocomposites, synthesis of POSS nanoparticles and its hybrids with other nanofillers, and preparation and characterisation of nanocomposites with elastomers.
