Andy Hayward is a Professor of Family Law at Durham University. He specialises in the law relating to adult relationships, especially marriage, civil partnership and cohabitation. Brian Sloan is an Assistant Professor in Law at the University of Cambridge, where he has taught Family Law for almost twenty years. Charlotte Bendall is an Associate Professor in Law at the University of Birmingham, where she teaches and researches in the area of Family Law.
