EIGHT WOMEN were convinced that their initial identification of their attacker, who some even identified by name, was wrong. It had to be Joe Garcia. After all, they were told the DNA "matched" and that he had been a "career criminal with a prior conviction for Rape. So a serial rapist was off the street. Justice was served. There was just one problem. Joe Garcia never raped anyone. "EYEWITNESS" not only proves "It wasn't Joe" but also that there never was a Central Coast Rapist.
