Jack and Meg Gillett are experienced authors and teachers. Drawing on their shared love of travelling and learning, they have written numerous books for leading academic publishers including Collins, Longman and Oxford University Press.Their passion for the Hebrides began separately during their student years: Meg undertook a teaching placement on one of the islands, while Jack conducted research into the effects of economic change on island life as part of his Geography degree.
