A. SEDDIK MEZIANI is a Professor of Finance and Economics at Montclair State University, USA. He earned a Ph.D. in Managerial Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University. Prior to his current position, he worked in the Research Departments of TIAA- CREF and Standard & Poor's.
