Camilla Adelle is Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for the Study of Governance Innovation at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. She has a particular interest in the EU’s pursuit of sustainable development beyond its borders, especially in Africa.Diarmuid Torney is Lecturer in the School of Law and Government at Dublin City University.
