GUY NEAVE is Professor of Comparative Higher Education Policy Studies at the Centre for Higher Education Policy Studies of Twente University, The Netherlands, and Director of Research at the International Association of Universities, Paris, France. Prior to returning to France in 1990, he was the Professor of Comparative Education at the University of London Institute of Education, UK.
