‘EU Sustainable Finance Law: A Commentary presents a fresh and critical perspective on global and European developments in sustainable finance law and regulation. The volume is superbly edited and provides an in depth analysis of this important area of EU law, including the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, the Taxonomy Regulation, and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive. It also critically explores the policy-making dynamics at the heart of EU sustainable finance policy and how it is responding to global policy and market challenges. An important contribution to the literature.’
