‘This two volume collection edited by Professor Rob White offers a challenging and insightful flavour of the criminological endeavour to address one of the most prescient challenges of the 21st century: environmental crime. Edited by one of the foremost academics in this field these two volumes do not claim to be exhaustive but as the editor says they do claim to be “interesting, provocative, informative and stimulating”. They are certainly all of these things and more besides. Taken together they lay down an unprecedented challenge to academics, politicians and policy-makers alike to take environmental crime seriously: an essential collection for anyone interested in these issues.’
