Amy Swiffen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Concordia University, Montreal. Her areas of expertise include law and society, sociological theory, criminology, psychoanalysis and the philosophy of law., Joshua Nichols was previously SSHRC Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Faculty of Law at the University of Victoria. Joshua specializes in modern continental philosophy. He is currently studying law at the University of British Columbia.
