Alexander Otgaar is senior researcher at the unit Regional, Port and Transport Economics, which is part of the department of Applied Economics of the Faculty of Economics, Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Carolien Speller is a researcher in Urban and Regional Economics at Erasmus University and has been working for EURICUR since 2004.
