Shujiro Urata is Professor of Economics at the Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies, Waseda University; Faculty Fellow at the Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry (RIETI); Research Fellow at the Japanese Centre for Economic Research; and Senior Research Advisor, Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA). He received his PhD in Economics from Stanford University.Junji Nakagawa is Professor of International Economic Law at the Institute of Social Science, University of Tokyo.
