‘The Companion artfully describes ocean governance within the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda and associated environmental governance agreements. Both an in-depth overview of science and policy, and a guide to opportunities for improvement, synergies, and transformation of multilateralism, this book is essential reading to achieve the ocean we want.’
