Distinguished professor Dr Sushma Dave received Master of Science in 1993 and PhD in Analytical, Electrochemistry and Environmental Chemistry from Biosensor Lab in Chemistry Department of Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur in 1999. She has also completed her bachelors of Law in 2018.She is involved continuously in the field of higher education since 1999 teaching Pure, Applied Chemistry ,Electrochemistry, Biology Solid waste management, Waste water treatment and Environmental chemistry to students of Engineering and basic sciences . She also served as Research Associate in Soil Bio Chemistry and Microbiology Division CAZRI, Jodhpur. Currently she is working as an Associate Professor in Jodhpur Institute of Engineering & Technology, Mogra, Jodhpur Rajasthan India. She has published and presented over 50 papers in international and national journals, conferences and participated in various workshops and training programs. Her areas of interest are Electrochemistry, Biosensors Environmental science, Nanotechnology, Soil biochemistry and bio fertilizers.She has published a number of chapters with Elsevier and springer text books and currently working on a funded project in novel materials for environmental remediation, biosensor development. Dr Rojalin Sahu is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry at KIIT Deemed to be University. She has 10 years of teaching experience and 14 years of research experience. She has completed her M.Sc and M.Phil (Utkal University), PhD (IIT Guwahati). She is the recipient of DST young scientist travel award to present a paper at Technical University, Dresden, Germany and CONICET International Post Doctoral fellowship. Most notably, she has been qualified Radiological Safety Officer (RSO) by BARC, Mumbai. She has been the lead Investigator of a number of externally funded projects. She has successfully conducted many national and international conferences as convener. She is also a NABL trained officer for Chemical Testing Laboratories. Her basic areas of research are synthesis and characterization of new Coordination Compounds and their catalytic and biomedical applications; Metal Organic Frameworks and Covalent Organic Frameworks for different application such as drug delivery, catalysis, NLO, wastewater treatment, etc. She is the Associate Editor of Bentham Science, a Scopus and SCI journal, reviewer of many journals of RSC and Elsevier. She has published her research work in many peer reviewed journals. She is also having some patents to her credit. She is the member of nationally and internationally reputed bodies like Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA), Orissa Chemical Society, Pan -IIT, IANCAS, EMSI, etc. She is the recipient of many awards from different nationally and internationally acclaimed bodies. Most notably, best employee of the year award from KIIT Deemed to be University, Young researcher award by TEEKA foundation. She has delivered invited lectures in a number of national and international conferences. One of her collaborative research work is transformed to technology and is highly praised and funded by NRDC, Govt. of India. Dr Bankim Ch. Tripathy received his Ph.D. degree from Utkal University, India in 2000. He is currently Senior Principal Scientist in CSIR-Institute of Minerals and Materials Technology under DSIR, Ministry of Science and Technology and Professor, Faculty of Chemical Sciences, Academy of Scientific & Innovative Research (AcSIR), India. He did his postdoctoral in Department of Chemistry, Murdoch University, Australia and MINTEK, South Africa. He has over 20 years of research experience in the field of extractive metallurgy, waste recycling, and synthesis of nano materials for energy storage applications. He has visited many International Universities and Research Organisations in Canada, Mexico, South Africa and Australia in various capacities and has developed collaborations with them. He has been awarded with the prestigious Sir C.V. Raman Fellowship by CSIR and visited the Department of materials Engineering, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada where. He was nominated as an international expert in Hydro & Electrometallurgy to review a project sponsored by Conacyt Research Mexican Agency and visited CINVESTAV Research Center in Saltillo, Mexico as a Visiting Professor. He has published more than 90 research articles in various peer reviewed National and International Journals of repute. He is a regular reviewer of Journals from Elsevier, ACS, Springer, Taylor and Francis. He has got 3 national and 2 international patents to his credit. He has been awarded with the National Societal Innovation Award by National Research Development Corporation (NRDC), New Delhi for his work on the production of alum from waste aluminium dross residue which was commercialised and an Industry was set up which was first of its kind in India. He is life members of various professional societies such as OCS, IIM, IIME, IIChE, ISEAC and ASSET.
