Chukwunonso is an economist and public policy analyst. He holds a First Class degree in Economics from the Anambra State University (now, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University) Nigeria, a Master of Science degree in Public Sector Economics from the University of Nigeria and a Doctorate degree in Energy and Policy Economics from the same institution. Currently, he is a member of faculty at the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Nigeria (formerly, Anambra State University). As a researcher, he has reputable journal publications and conference paper presentations to his credit. His work reflects a passion for evidence-based development strategies and a deep commitment to addressing pressing socio-economic challenges in Nigeria. He previously served as the Associate Director of the University’s Research Management Office, where he contributed significantly to shaping the research culture of the institution, supporting grant management activities, and strengthening academic output across faculties. Chukwunonso is an economic policy consultant to several public and private institutions, and the Convener, Policy Analysis and Research Congress (PARC), an undergraduate policy think-tank for mentoring social science undergraduates on creating a better society through evidence-based policy. His research interests include Energy issues, Environmental Sustainability, Public Policy and International Economic Relations. He teaches and supervises research in these areas at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He is a member of the Nigerian Economic Society (NES) where he serves as the National Assistant Secretary, the Africa Econometric Society, the Nigerian Statistics Association (NSA), and the Nigeria Association for Energy Economics (NAEE) - an affiliate of the International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE), among others.Harrison is a budding Scholar with a bent in Public Policy, Development Studies, Sustainability, Climate, Environmental, and Renewable Energy Governance issues. He holds a Ph.D., M.Sc., and B.Sc. Degrees in Public Administration. He publishes on policy and development issues. A Co-editor of Contemporary Issues on COVID-19 in Nigeria (2021) alongside other articles published in reputable international journals, e.g., Canadian Social Science, Journal of Education Policy and Development, Journal of Environmental Smoke, etc. He is open to scholarly collaborations with like-minds in his areas of research interest. He has been a Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Anambra State, Nigeria since 2017 and currently heads the Public Relations Unit of the University. A Member of Professional Bodies such as; International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS), European Group for Public Administration (EGPA), Development Studies Association (DSA), Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), and Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management (GAPRCM).Johnbosco holds a B.Sc. Degree (First Class Honours) in Geology from the Anambra State University (now Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU)), Nigeria. He obtained his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He also has professional certifications in HSE (Health, Safety and Environment), Project Management, and Risk Assessment. He is an academic staff of the Department of Geology at COOU, a former Associate Director of the Research Management Office (RMO) at COOU, Research Fellow at INTI International University, Malaysia, and Adjunct Professor at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), India. Currently, he serves as the Coordinator of the Research Integrity & Plagiarism Control (RI & PC) at the School of Postgraduate Studies (SPGS), COOU. Listed as one of the World's Top 2% Scientists (since 2021) by the Stanford University and Elsevier, Johnbosco demonstrates competence in conducting impactful research. He has engaged in and successfully completed several research projects and has published many research articles in reputable peer-reviewed and top-ranking international journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science databases. He has also authored/coauthored/co-edited several chapters and books in his field. His research interests are within the scope of Applied Geosciences (Engineering Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Geology, Medical Geology, etc.), Environmental Sciences, and related fields. He has served and is still serving as a Reviewer, an Editorial Board Member, and an Editor of several peer-reviewed international journals and book series in his research areas.Simplice holds a PhD from Oxford Brookes University and is currently the Lead Economist and Director of the African Governance and Development Institute (Yaoundé, Cameroon) and Adjunct Professor at the University of Cape Town. He is also a: Senior Research Fellow at the Africa Growth Institute (Cape Town, South Africa); PhD Supervisor at Covenant University (Ota, Nigeria), the University of Ghana (Accra, Ghana) and Midlands State University (Gweru, Zimbabwe); DBA Supervisor at Management College of Southern Africa (Durban, South Africa) and Research Associate at the University of South Africa (Pretoria, South Africa), University of Buea (Buea, Cameroon) and Oxford Brookes University (Oxford, UK). He is also an Associate Editor in some journals including the Journal of Economic Surveys, the Journal of African Business, and the International Journal of Education Economics and Development. Simplice spends much of his time researching empirical evidence, development economics, human development, mobile phone and information, and communications technology. His empirical evidence study spans across into fields like environmental degradation, Sub-Saharan, finance, information sharing and information asymmetry. His development economics research is multidisciplinary, incorporating elements of poverty, corporate governance, politics and corruption.
