Beskrivning
RNA, Exosomes, and Precision Therapeutics for Cancer: Drug Repurposing and Advanced Nano Bio Platforms integrates drug repositioning with cutting edge nano bio delivery to advance precision oncology. It synthesizes mechanistic insights with translational pathways to accelerate safe, effective cancer therapeutics. The book surveys computational and AI enabled repurposing, network pharmacology, and phenotypic screening; details RNA modalities (siRNA, mRNA, ASO, miRNA), nanocarriers, and engineered exosomes; and addresses tumor penetration, endosomal escape, biomarkers, and companion diagnostics. Case studies and clinical trial snapshots highlight real world movement from mechanism to patient impact. Researchers, clinicians, and industry teams gain actionable frameworks to de risk development, match therapies to patients, and navigate regulatory and quality by design considerations-bridging bench discovery with clinical implementation in precision nanomedicine.

  • Unifies repurposing strategies with RNA therapeutics, nanoparticles, and engineered exosomes to enable end-to-end precision oncology therapy design
  • Translates AI-driven network pharmacology and relevant preclinical models into patient-stratified, biomarker-guided clinical pathways for cancer care
  • Navigates safety, regulatory, and quality-by-design requirements for nano-bio platforms and repurposed anticancer agents
