KURT APRIL is Professor at the Graduate School of Business of the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and Associate of Ashridge, UK. He lectures and researches in the disciplines of knowledge management, diversity and leadership. Outside of academia, he is Managing Director of LICM Consulting, as well as Executive Director of Complex Adaptive Systems. He is also Executive Editor and Advisory Board Member to the Journal for Convergence, a reviewer for the South African Journal of Business Management and the Academy of Management (USA), and has authored five previous book
