Olushola Akinshipe is a project manager and researcher in the built environment. He is currently a Research Fellow at the University of Johannesburg, Johannesburg, South Africa. He holds doctoral and master’s degrees in Construction Management from the University of Johannesburg, and a bachelor’s degree in Estate Management from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. He has published extensively, contributing to 40+ peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers. His research interests include digital twin, digitalisation in the built environment, facility management, indoor environmental quality, sustainability, and construction project delivery.Clinton Aigbavboa is a distinguished scholar with over 18 years of experience in the Built Environment and Construction sectors. He is a professor of Sustainable Construction Digitalisation and Construction Industry Research at the University of Johannesburg, Johannesburg, South Africa. He holds a PhD in Engineering Management, a Master’s in Construction Management, and certifications in Good Governance and Artificial Intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has authored over 30 researchbooks, co-authored six edited books, and published more than 1,000 accredited journal articles and conference papers. His research interests include Construction 4.0, smart cities, sustainable human development, and digitalisation in construction.
