Nalini Rajan is Associate Professor at the Asian College of Journalism, Chennai. She has held post-doctoral and Visiting fellowships at the Universities of Oxford and Edinburgh, and at the Hastings Center, New York. She has published two academia books: Secularism, Democracy, Justice- Implications of Rawlsian principles in India, 1998, and Democracy and the Limits of Minority rights, 2002, apart from numerous articles in academic journals and collected volumes.
