Tomoyasu Noguchi is an Associate at the University of Exeter, UK, and a Visiting Researcher at the Ars Vivendi Institute, Ritsumeikan University, Japan. He earned his Ph.D. in Human Security from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, the University of Tokyo.
