Before joining IADI, he was Director of International Affairs, Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation where he was responsible for CIDC's relationships with other deposit insurers around the world and, at the same time, he was the Executive Director of the Financial Stability Forum's Study and Working Groups on Deposit Insurance.DALVINDER SINGH is Senior Lecturer in Law at Oxford Brookes University, UK, and Managing Editor of the Journal of Banking Regulation. He is also Associate Research Fellow at the Instituteof Advanced Legal Studies, University of London, UK, and has acted as a consultant to the International Monetary Fund.
