Gertjan Boulet is a lecturer and researcher in International Cybersecurity Law and Policy at Korea University, South Korea, and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), Belgium. He has advised Belgium’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Telecommunication, the European External Action Service, and the Belgian Data Protection Authority.Michael Reiterer is Distinguished Professor at the Centre for Security, Diplomacy & Strategy (CSDS) at the Brussels School of Governance, Belgium.
