He is also Secretary General of the ESCAD (European Society of Cosmetic and Aesthetic Dermatology), Founding Board Member 5 Continent Congress (5 CC) for Aesthetics and Dermatology, , President of DERM Conference, Frankenthal, Germany, and Salzburg, Austria as well as past Board member and past Committee Chair of EADV, and past President of ESLD (European Society for Laser Dermatology).Professor George-Sorin Tiplica is Head of the 2nd Department of Dermatology at the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest/ Romania.
