Raneta Lawson Mack is a professor of law and holds the Skinner Family Distinguished Professorship in Law at Creighton University, where she has taught criminal law and procedure courses for more than 25 years. Professor Mack is the author of Equal Justice in the Balance: America's Legal Responses to the Emerging Terrorist Threat and Comparative Criminal Procedure: History, Processes and Case Studies. She has spoken on criminal law and procedure issues in scholarly venues throughout the United States and Europe.
