Dr. Brusly Solomon is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (KITS), Coimbatore. He joined as Research Associate in the Dean Research office of the KITS in the year 2006. His research focuses on the development of phase change cooling devices such as heat pipes and thermosyphons and vapor chambers with nanofluids and various wick materials. He pursued his Post-doctoral research in the Thermo fluids Research Laboratory of Department of Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering, University of Pretoria. He is recipient of Govt. of India, Young Scientist Award 2015 by Science and Engineering Research board, Young Achievers Award 2015 by Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, UP postdoctoral fellowship 2015 by University of Pretoria. His research interests include Phase change heat transfer, electronic cooling with heat pipes, natural convection heat transfer and Magnetic nanofluids. Currently, he is reviewer of many technical journals from Elsevier, Wiley, Springer, Tailor and Francis and many other Publications. Mohsen Sharifpur is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering, University of Pretoria, South Africa. He is the establisher and Head of Nanofluid Research Laboratory. His research includes mathematical modelling, thermal fluid behaviour and stability of nanofluids, improvement of heat transfer by nanofluids, convective multiphase flow, computational fluid dynamics, and Fluid Dynamics from Nanoscale to Universe scale. He is an innovative thinker and, based on fluid dynamics, constructal law, nature and patterns in nature, and cosmology data, he invented a new general and multidiscipline theory as “Source and Sink Theory. He has published more than 300 articles, conference papers and book chapters, and has been supervised more than 30 research masters and PhD students, as well as postdoctoral researchers. Dr. Oronzio Manca is a distinguished full professor of Thermal Sciences at the Department of Engineering at Università degli Studi della Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli" in Napoli, Italy. With a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Dr. Manca has held various academic positions and appointments throughout his career, including as a researcher and associate professor at Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and Seconda Università degli Studi di Napoli.His research interests lie in Heat Transfer, Thermal Sciences, and Applied Thermodynamics, with a focus on areas such as solar energy systems, refrigerant fluids, heat transfer in nanofluids, and convection in porous media. Dr. Manca has authored or coauthored over 550 scientific papers and is a member of prestigious organizations such as the American Society of Mechanical Engineering (ASME) and the American Society of Thermal and Fluids Engineers (ASTFE). Dr. Manca serves as an editor for several journals and has chaired numerous international conferences on thermal energy systems and porous media applications. His significant contributions to the field underscore his status as a leading expert in Thermal Sciences. Dr. D Arul Kirubakaran is an Assistant Professor (SL.G) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Karunya Institute of Technology and Science. He earned his PhD from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. With a strong expertise in Mechanical Engineering, Dr. ArulKirubakaran's research focuses on Machining of Hard Materials, Numerical simulation of Machining Process, Shape Memory Alloys, High Entropy Alloys, and the effects of cryogenic cooling on materials. He has authored 55 publications that have garnered over 1500 citations, showcasing his significant contributions to the field.
