Dr. Guiseppe Getto is Associate Professor of Technical and Professional Communication at East Carolina University and is President and Founder of Content Garden, Inc., a digital marketing and UX consulting firm specializing in nonprofits and small businesses.Dr. Jack T. Labriola is Assistant Professor of Technical Communication and Interactive Design at Kennesaw State University.
