Joanie B. Connell,PhD, is an organizational consultant who specializes in assessing and developing technical leaders she consults with clients from startups to Fortune companies in high tech, biotech, finance, legal, and many other industries. She earned a bachelor amp rsquo s degree in electrical engineering from Harvard College and a doctorate in psychology from the University of California Berkeley, with an emphasis in industrial-organizational psychology. Dr. Connell heads her own consulting firm, Flexible Work Solutions, that provides consulting services in leadership assessment, development, and retention, primarily of technical employees.
