This leads to significant changes in the way business is conducted, value is created, and interactions with customers, partners, and suppliers are carried out. Digitalization covers the most important industries, including manufacturing, finance, tourism, trade, and transport. In the context of digitalization, enterprises need to implement flexible organizational models that ensure the ability to quickly adapt in response to changes in the market situation and technological innovations. This requires a revision of traditional hierarchies, active development of cross-functional interaction, and providing employees with greater independence in decision-making and responsibility for the result.
