Competition Law and Policy in the Western Balkans

This book provides a comprehensive analysis of competition law and policy in the Western Balkans by assembling and examining reports from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia. It explores the evolution of competition law and policy in these jurisdictions and assesses the extent to which their domestic legislation aligns with the EU competition acquis.Our research takes a bottom-up approach, focusing on the unique challenges faced by each jurisdiction within the context of their respective legal traditions.
