Phil Napoli, former Director of Fordham's McGannon Center for Communications Research, is James R. Shepley Professor of Public Policy at Duke University. He is the author of three books, most recently Audience Evolution: New Technologies and the Transformation of Media Audiences (Columbia University Press, 2011).
