'Gregoris Simos has, once again, compiled an up-to-date comprehensive text, which serves as a second volume to his first text on cognitive-behavior therapy. This companion volume is filled with interventions that serve as an invaluable contribution to the field. The contributors consist of an outstanding cadre of accomplished cognitive-behavior therapists who combine a critical review of the research literature with practical considerations of clinical issues and case examples. Practitioners and researchers alike will find this text a great asset to the professional literature.' - Frank M. Dattilio, Ph.D., ABPP, Department of Psychiatry, Harvard Medical School'This is an impressive work providing accounts of difficult to treat conditions and of state of the art conceptualisations in the practise of CBT. The chapters are written by leading researchers and clinicians and provide a skilful blend of theory, empirical summaries and practical guidance. This book will be of great value to clinicians, researchers and students at all levels.' - Adrian Wells, Professor of Clinical and Experimental Psychopathology, University of Manchester.
