Clinical Nutrition for Oncology Patients

Mary Marian is a clinical nutrition research specialist and clinical lecturer with the College of Medicine and Arizona Cancer Center at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. Her areas of focus include nutrition for disease prevention, nutrition support, and integrative medicine. Mary has been a clinical dietitian for over 20 years and has published many chapters and articles in peer-reviewed publications as well as served as an editor or co-editor for several textbooks and publications.Susan Roberts has been a registered dietitian for 20 years and has 14 years of experience with oncology and hematopoietic stem cell transplant patients. Susan's current roles at Baylor University Medical Center are Assistant Director of Clinical Nutrition, Nutrition Support Coordinator and Dietetic Internship Director. She has numerous publications and presentations and is also involved as a professional volunteer with the American Dietetic Association, Dietitians in Nutrition Support, the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition and the North Texas Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. Susan is married to her husband Chris, and has two young boys, Ross and Griffin.
