Harshita Jain, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor with the Amity Institute of Environmental Sciences at Amity University. She is an academic researcher with a background in membrane separation technology, nanocomposite membranes, nanocomposites, sustainable development, pollution management, and water and wastewater treatment. She is actively involved in numerous academic and research activities, including publishing articles and papers in international journals and proceedings. Her research areas of interest include innovations in clean technology, water and wastewater treatment, biosorption, vermicomposting, antibiotic resistance, public health, machine learning in disaster response, groundwater remediation, the impact of climate change, and artificial intelligence solutions for disaster preparedness. Dr. Jain manages multiple corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects for major companies and has completed various government-funded training programs. She has demonstrated a commitment to faculty development and community involvement by participating in initiatives that support innovative teaching strategies and sustainable development. Furthermore, she contributes to the academic community by supervising Ph.D. students and offering guidance for M.E./M.Tech. dissertations.Ashish Mathur, Ph.D. (Nanotechnology), is a Professor with the Center for Inter-Disciplinary Research and Innovation (CIDRI) at UPES University. He is an accomplished researcher, innovator, and visionary leader known for his unwavering commitment to technological advancement and healthcare innovation. With a profound sense of innovation consciousness, Dr. Mathur has consistently demonstrated pioneering abilities throughout his career. He has led groundbreaking projects, including developing advanced biosensors for early cardiac risk detection and creating affordable healthcare solutions such as a low-cost smart bandage with integrated sensors. His achievements exemplify a fusion of cutting-edge technology and compassionate healthcare solutions. Recognized with prestigious awards, including the DST-UKIERI and INSA Young Scientist Fellowship, Dr. Mathur continues to drive transformative research, embodying a business philosophy that emphasizes the societal impact of innovative technologies.
