Additionally, Dr Sagar was also associated with the ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar (Bareilly), Uttar Pradesh, as Senior Fellow in Food Safety and Nutrition under the National Project (NetSCoFAN) initiated by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India.Vishal Ahuja (Dr) was awarded a PhD and master’s in biotechnology from the Department of Biotechnology, HP University Shimla (HP) India. He has worked at CSIR-Indian Institute of Petroleum, Dehradun, India, in the FTT project and is currently working as Assistant Professor of R&D at Chandigarh University, India. He works in microbial fermentation, healthcare, production, or extraction of bioactive compounds like phytochemicals, and microbial metabolites from natural biomass.
