He Tian, Director of Center for National Indices of Rule of Law, and Researcher of Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). She also serves as Chief Expert of Innovation Project Team on Rule of Law Indices, Chief Editor of Blue Book of Rule of Law, Member of Informatization Advisory Committee, and Consultancy Expert on judicial execution of Supreme People's Court. She was awarded the title of National Advanced Worker and received a special allowance of the State Council.
