Simonetta Manfredi is Professor of Equality andDiversity Management and Director of the Centre for Diversity Policy Researchand Practice at Oxford Brookes University, UK. She has published and ledseveral externally funded projects focusing on age discrimination andretirement policies, gender and careers and work-life balance.LucyVickers is Professor of Law at Oxford Brookes University, UK. Lucy’s mainresearch area is the protection of human rights within the workplace andaspects of equality law.
