Dr. Carradori is a very prolific researcher with papers dealing with both synthetic and natural products characterized by promising biological activities. Regarding this topic, he has been involved in the study of HAT inhibitors, hCA IX and XII inhibitors, kinesin Eg5 inhibitors and natural compounds active in the field of oncology. Recently, he has been focusing on “drug repurposing disclosing a patent on new roles played by antiparasitic benzimidazoles as anti-cancer agents. He also was Co-Guest Editor of several special issues, co-author of chapters for two books (one edited by Elsevier) and acts as Editorial Board member of several peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Moi Davide is a researcher involved in the design, synthesis, and characterization of small molecules endowed with promising biological activity. He is mainly involved in the study of compounds with multitarget activity in the cancer field, as well as in the study of epigenetic modulators, such as HDACs and Carbonic Anhydrase modulators. In the last years, he has been involved in the synthesis of high-value scaffolds through photo- and organo-catalysis, as well as in the development of fluorescent molecules for bio-imaging. He is also the author of several research articles and, Guest and Co-Guest editor of different special issues.Dr. Ilaria D’Agostino is a medicinal chemist involved in the development of small molecules as putative anticancer, antifibrotic, and antiinfective agents and hybrid compounds for a multitarget approach. Currently, she is mainly involved in the design and synthesis of compounds targeting cancer stem cells for an antitumoral application along with innovative targeted theranostic agents for precision medicine. She is the author of several research articles and book chapters, and Co-Guest editor of different special issues.
