Dr Stahl is an internationally recognized clinician, researcher and teacher in psychiatry and psychopharmacology. Thomas L. Schwartz is Professor and Vice Chair of Psychiatry and Director of Medical Student Psychiatric Training at State University of New York Upstate Medical University.
