A science graduate with MBA (Marketing), MTA (Tourism), and PhD (Tourism Management), he has more than 20 years of experience in academics and industry. As an active researcher, he had authored and edited eight books, published more than 30 research articles, presented papers in various international conferences, and published scores of book chapters.
