They have arrived in Tampa, Florida, home of so many targets and MacDill AFB. Hot on their trail is a secretly selected group designated to carry out safeguard missions throughout our country. The action follows the threat and their pursuers from the borderland desert to the shimmering waters of Tampa Bay. A cat and mouse chase with surprising twist at every corner.
