Biomedical Waste Management

Younis Ahmad Hajam, PhD, is Assistant Professor in the Department of Life Sciences and Allied Health Sciences at Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, India. Dr. Hajam has published book chapters and research papers in leading national and international journals and proceedings as well as eight books. He completed a major research project as principal investigator and three projects under the HP CM Startup Scheme. Dr. Hajam was previously affiliated with the Department of Zoology at Guru Ghasidas Central University, India. He has given invited lectures and presented his research work at more than 35 national and international conferences and workshops and has also organized conferences, seminars, workshops, and webinars.Javid Ahmad Malik, PhD, is an academician/researcher in the Department of Zoology at the Guru Ghasidas Central University, India. He has published book chapters and research papers in national and international journals and reviewed book chapters as well. He has presented his work at a number of national and international conferences.Anu Pandita is a Senior Dietician at Vatsalya Clinic, Krishna Nagar, New Delhi, India. Previously she worked as a lecturer at Bee Enn College of Nursing, India, and as a dietician at Ahinsa Dham Bhagwan Mahavir Charitable Health Centre, India. She has co-edited several books with Apple Academic Press and has authored book chapters and a number of review and research articles in journals of national and international repute. She has also presented her research work at both national and international conferences.Deepu Pandita is a Senior Lecturer in the Government Department of School Education, Jammu and Kashmir, India. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she has presented her research work at both national and international conferences and has received several awards. She acts as a reviewer, associate editor, and editor of a number of international journals. She has co-edited several books with Apple Academic Press to date, with several in progress, and published a number of book chapters, editorials, reviews, and journal research articles.
